Quality Policy
We are committed to continually improving the quality of our service. It is our duty to develop long-term partnerships with each of our clients.
We believe this is best achieved by delivering products and services 100% right the first time, on time, every time.
To do this, we adhere to the following principles:
Product quality improvement
Magarsa, we will continue our program of regular visits for customers to our plants. We will continue to educate our manufacturing plants on the quality of product and service required by our customers. The technology of Magarsa, is uniquely able to do this, as almost all of our sales representatives are technically trained (chemists, chemical engineers, biologists, etc.) most with extensive laboratory, plant and industrial experience.
Specifications
We will normally notify our customers of any anticipated changes to our suppliers' specifications or processes. We will not intentionally release any new material without prior evaluation and will notify our customers, whether it is a new source or a new process. We will not intentionally ship any product that does not meet customer specifications.

Packaging and Environment
We will promote the use of environmentally friendly recyclable packaging by our suppliers. We will endeavor to satisfy our customers' packaging requirements. Magarsa will only use warehouses and transporters approved to handle chemical products and that have appropriate permits and licenses.
Deliveries
We ensure that each shipment has the correct labels and traceability lot numbers, and that safety and environmental laws are complied with. Certificates of analysis for each shipment will be emailed to our customers, or available on our website, and will include at a minimum the customer's product names, lot number, test results for the specified properties, and any other information that may be required by a particular client. The transport document will also be sent by email or available on our website, or will accompany the shipment.
Performance review
We will monitor our performance for on-time delivery, as well as our performance on meeting specifications, labeling, certificates of analysis, and packaging requirements. We will use this feedback to continually improve our performance and achieve the highest levels. This information will be reviewed monthly by our Quality Committee, which is published by members of the sales, traffic, IT and administration departments.
